This large building in Lee Road, Blackheath comprises of a basement plus three storey victorian building with existing ornate decorations to the exterior and interior detailing to match. Our client's brief requests that we obtain planning for a mixed use scheme involving a residential refurbishment and new commercial element on ground floor. This building is interesting not only because it sits prominantley on very well appointed position next to the quaggy river but also because the location in which it resides means that any alterations to the existing must be designed with care and great respect for its architectural routes.
