Proposals within this victorian former warehouse in Bermondsey included retaining the historic steel supports and timber floor beams for the refurbishment of a Ground floor studio for a private client. The brief was to provide a welcoming reception and the creation of new private clinic rooms to the rear. This included the refurbishment of existing CAT A offices to provide neat and well proportioned Cat B office accommodation for Guy’s hospital clinitians.
