“Over the years, we have been fortunate to collaborate with some excellent clients on some wonderful projects. Diversity is a key part of who we are, just as a project brief and site parameters are diverse, a successful scheme should be diverse in functionality to suit the end user. Therefore it is fundamental its contributors are. We promote Best practice as a set of guidelines, ethics and ideas that represent a growing network of like minded practices in Architecture.”

FOUNDER
Oliver is the Founding Director of the practice and is a London-based Architect whose design approach is rooted in cultural narrative and contextual sensitivity. Influenced by his Jamaican heritage through his father, Oliver seeks to translate the values of community, resourcefulness, and rhythm into architectural form. Exploration on how memory and material can evoke a sense of belonging, drawing on personal cultural experiences is a strong influence on the design process.
Through both private commissions and collaborative projects, his aim is to create spaces that are humane, joyful, and enduring—where design and narrative are inseparable. His father’s perspective on craft, identity, and cultural pride inspires an architecture that celebrates heritage while engaging with contemporary design dialogue.
Having graduated from University of Westminster in Central London with a Bachelor of Arts degree, Diploma in Architecture and Qualification in Professional Practice Part 3 Oliver has developed a range of skills during his career spanning 15 years and has built a reputation for encapsulating the clients vision with creative interpretations on projects varying in size and complexity.
Most notably Oliver gained invaluable experience at both the prestigious Royal Academy of Arts and the award winning Manser Practice in Hammersmith under the direction of Michael Manser which helped foster a rich culture of creativity and innovation.
Other roles within commercial Architecture which were the core experience of his professional career include winning the 2020 regional British Council for Offices award for Projects up to 1,500m2 for 12 Forbury Court, Reading as Senior Architect.
