The aspiration for two beautiful Victorian warehouses in the heart of Borough SE1 was to successfully gain planning consent in a sensitive ‘mint street’ Conservation area of Southwark. This consent afforded a full penthouse storey across both buildings together with a refurbishment of the buildings from office to residential and a Ground floor commercial unit.

Planning was successfully granted in 2021 and the project is currently on site.
